Newly remodelled hotel, all of the staff were wonderful and kind, favourable location in a good area. Soft beds, coffee and tea making facilities, a writing table, and iron and ironing board in the room. Nice private bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. The housekeeping staff and the breakfast kitchen staff were particularly polite and accommodating. The grab and go breakfast was impressive, offering a variety of hot items, fruits, yogurt, and beverages like orange juice and coffee. The hotel’s location was excellent, conveniently situated next to stores like Walmart, Hibbitt sports, Chili’s, IHOP. This made it easy for me to explore and grab a bite to eat. The room itself was spacious, well-lit, and had all the necessary amenities, including in-shower shampoo, conditioner.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Alice was fantastic. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We had a situation where my son couldn't check out on time due to a funeral, and they were understanding and allowed him to check out later. I highly recommend this hotel.
